Analysis of development opportunities of the Microregion Milada in Ústi nad Labem - Teplice agglomeration

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou Mikroregionu Milada. Přináší stručný přehled právního rámce sdružování obcí v České republice, teoretických názorů na rozvoj mikroregionů a klíčových oblastí rozvoje v nich. Z rozboru situace jednotlivých členských obcí, jejich stručné historie a dědictví nedávné doby, současném stavu infrastruktury a úrovni společenského, ekonomického a kulturního života identifikuje jejich silné a slabé stánky. U regionu samotného se zabývá jeho činností, slabými a silnými stránkami jako celku, identifikuje hrozby a příležitosti mikroregionu a přináší návrhy na jeho budoucí činnost a směřování a podává přehled o jeho strategickém rozvojovém programu, postupných novelizacích a podrobně informuje o projektech Mikroregionem přijímaných v jednotlivých novelizacích a finančních prostředcích získaných z různých fondů a dotačních titulů. Závěr práce přináší návrhy kam dále směřovat činnost mikroregionu a které činnosti akcentovat.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the Microregion Milada. The thesis brings a brief review of the legal framework of associations of municipalities in the Czech Republic, theoretical opinions on development of microregions and key areas of development in them. Based on analysis of the situation of individual member municipalities, their history and recent heritage, current quality of infrastructure and level of social, economic a cultural life in them, the thesis identifies their strong and weak points. The thesis illustrates the activities, strong and weak points of the microregion, identifies threats and opportunities and brings ideas for future orientation and development of the microregion and also brings details of its Strategic development programme and informs about the projects performed by the microregion, individual updates of the strategy a shows finance received from various funds and subventions. The Conclusion of the thesis proposes further steps and stresses out activities to be performed.
