Sociological and Legal Aspects of the Protection of Particularly Vulnerable Groups of Consumers
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá sociologicko právními aspekty ochrany seniorů, jako zvláště ohrožené skupiny spotřebitelů při distančním prodeji zboží. Teoretická část práce analyzuje právní úpravu distančního prodeje a nekalých praktik. Empirická část je zaměřena na rozbor konkrétních praktik z aplikační praxe. Poslední část práce je tvořena úvahami „de lege ferenda“.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with sociological and legal aspects of the protection of seniors as a particularly vulnerable group of consumers in distance sales. Theoretical part of the thesis analyses the legal regulation of distance sales and unfair commercial practices.
