Zhodnocení a rozvoj obchodního týmu

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem předkládané diplomové práce je analyzovat současnou situaci obchodního týmu společnosti Steel Inc. a doporučit strategii, zlepšit a zvýšit motivaci a výkonnost každého jednotlivého člena týmu. Steel Inc. je jedním z největších hráčů v oblasti dovozu oceli na českém trhu a jeho obchodní tým hraje klíčovou roli v úspěšném vedení a rozvoji podniku, proto teoretická část práce pojednává o problematice týmů, rozvoji týmu a motivaci, metodách hodnocení zaměstnanců a týmu. Pro poskytnutí teoretických podkladů pro další strategii rozvoje týmu tato část také zpracovává metody vzdělávání a rozvoje v rámci organizací, včetně koučování, mentoringu, assessment a development center. Metody hodnocení zaměstnanců popsané v teoretické části, které jsou dále využity v praktické části práce, jsou osobní rozhovory, Myers – Briggsův indikátor typu (MBTI) a 360° zpětná vazba. Praktická část je založena na teoretické části a hodnocení zaměstnanců je tedy založeno na osobních polostrukturovaných rozhovorech, testování typu Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), 360° zpětné vazbě a vývojovém centru, z nichž pak vyplývají návrhy doporučených akcí a individuálních rozvojových plánů.

Abstract:

The main objective of the presented master’s thesis is to analyze the current situation of the sales team of Steel Inc. and to recommend a strategy, to improve and increase the motivation and performance of every single member of the team. Steel Inc. is one of the biggest players in the field of steel import on the Czech market; and its sales team plays a crucial role in the company’s successful conducting of business, therefore the theoretical part of the thesis discusses the problematics of teams, team development and motivation and employee and team evaluation methods. To provide a theoretical background for further strategy of team development, this part also elaborates the methods of education and development within organizations, including coaching, mentoring, assessment and development centers. Employee evaluation methods described in the theoretical part which are further used in the practical part of the thesis are personal interviews, Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and 360° Feedback. The practical part is based upon the theoretical part and the employee evaluation is therefore based on personal semi-structured interviews, Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) testing, 360° feedback and a development center, resulting in suggestions of recommended actions and individual development plans.
