Abstract:
V první části se práce zaměřuje na vytápěním staveb. Jsou zde vypsány základní pojmy ve vytápění staveb, druhy paliv a jejich výhody, energetické výpočty a příklady vytápěcích soustav. Také jsou zde uvedeny příklady otopných těles a zdrojů tepla. V druhé části práce je stručně vypsána historie oceňování v ČR a základní pojmy v oceňování. Dále jsou zde uvedeny metody oceňování.
