Práce je zaměřena na obsah biogenních aminů v organických vínech, respektive na srovnání jejich obsahu ve vybraných českých a slovinských organických vínech. This thesis is focused on the content of biogenic amines in organic wines, respectively on the comparison of their quantity in selected Czech and Slovenian organic wines.
