Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice rozvoje chytrých budov v různých geografických kontextech. Chytré budovy patří k základním prvkům každého chytrého města a jejich vnímání a význam se odlišuje v závislosti na vlastnostech a prioritách jednotlivých měst. This diploma thesis deals with the development of smart buildings in different geographical contexts. Smart buildings belong to the basic elements of any smart city, and their perception and significance vary depending on the characteristics and priorities of each city.
