Prediction of migration and residential development and atractivity in Jesenik region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem predikce migrace, rezidenčního developmentu a atraktivity obcí na Jesenicku. Nejprve byla provedena charakteristika Jesenicka. V této kapitole je rozepsáno o historii, sídelní struktuře, demografii, trhu práce, hospodářství, občanské vybavenosti, technické infrastruktuře, ţivotním prostředí a cestovním ruchu. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy jako venkovské osídlení Jesenicka, vývoj a současné trendy bytové výstavby, urbanizace, migrace a rezidenční atraktivita. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo zjistit indikátory, které určí, zda je obec atraktivní nebo ne. Na základě hodnocení migrace a nové bytové výstavby v obcích, lze obce rozdělit do několika diverzifikovaných skupin. Dále se práce snaţí najít vztah mezi jednotlivými faktory pomocí shlukové analýzy a regresní analýzy. Ve vybraných obcích byly prováděny standardizované rozhovory pro hlubší zanalyzování atraktivity.

Abstract:

This thesis is to refer a prediction of migration, residential development and an attractiveness of municipalities in Jeseníky region. At first, this thesis describes some characteristics of region Jeseníky. In this chapter there is described a history, settlement structure, demography, labour market, economy, amenities, technical infrastructure, environment and tourism. In theoretical part there are clarified terms such as rural settlement of Jeseník region, development and current trends of housing, urbanization, migration and residential development. The aim of this research is to find out some indicators, which can show us if some municipality is attractive or not. Based on evaluation of migration and new housing in municipalities, we can divide these municipalities into a several diversified groups. Another aim of this thesis is to find out a relationship between different factors with hierarchical cluster analysis and regression analysis. In several selected municipalities, there were made standardized interviews for deeper analyse of the attractiveness.
