Abstract:
Diplomová práce přináší náhled do problematiky personálního informačního systému, který je porovnáván se skutečným stavem v První brněnské strojírně Velká Bíteš, a. s. Je zaměřena na vybrané procesy řešené personálním oddělením a jsou zde navrhována opatření ke zlepšení zjištěného stavu.
Abstract:
The diploma paper brings insight into the issues of personal information system, which is compared to the real state in the První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš, a. s. It is focused on selected processes the human resources department had to deal with and the possible solutions leading to the improvement of the current state are suggested.
