Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je projektové řízení a jeho současné problémy. Teoretická část blíže specifikuje oblast agilního řízení projektů, konkrétně je zde uvedena metoda Scrum včetně rituálů, rolí a Scrum týmu. The subject of the diploma thesis is to define current controversies in project management. The theoretical part is dedicated to describing the topic of agile project management and Scrum framework as the rituals, roles, and Scrum team.
