Předmětem bakalářské práce „Rozpočtový proces ve vybrané municipalitě“ je rozbor hospodaření obcí a především analýza vytváření rozpočtu, tzv. rozpočtového procesu. První část je zaměřena na popis zákonné úpravy rozpočtové procesu, kterou se musí obce řídit. V druhé části je popsán průběh rozpočtového procesu v praxi konkrétní obce – města Polné. The subject of my bachelor thesis “The budget process in selected municipality” is the analysis of municipal finance management and especially the analysis of creating a budget, so-called budget process.
