Anotace: V bakalářské práci se budeme věnovat rozdílným pozicím mužů a žen na trhu práce v České republice. Hlavní otázkou je diskriminace pohlaví. Hlavním úkolem práce je zjistit příčiny rozdílného podílů mužů a žen zaměstnaných v oblasti veřejné správy, politiky a vědy.
