Judge and the Trust in Judiciary
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá především tématem důvěry v soudnictví jako podstatným aspektem, umožňujícím a opravňujícím jeho fungování. Míra důvěry veřejnosti v soudcovskou profesi je významným ukazatelem stavu právního státu. Z toho důvodu práce rozebírá závažné faktory, které důvěru v justici narušují.
Abstract:
This thesis mainly deals with the issue of trust in the judiciary as an essential aspect, that enables and entitles its functioning. The degree of public confidence in the judicial profession is an important indicator of the state of law. For this reason, the work examines the major factors that interfere confidence in the judiciary.
