Cílem této práce je předložit pokud možno celistvý náhled na problematiku vad právních úkonů, třídění, strukturu a následky těchto vad na soukromoprávní vztahy subjektů práva. Autor se bude též zabývat krátkým srovnáním s připravovanou novelou Občanského zákoníku, jehož schválení je v dohledu. The goal of this dissertation is to give, if possible, an overview of the problems of legal act defects, classification, structure and consequences of such defects on the private law relationships of subjects of law.
