Abstract:
Elicitins are family of small proteins secreted by plants pathogen which belong to genus of Phytophthora and Pythium. Cryptogein, classed into β-elicitins, is elicitor whose role is to bind and transfer sterols from plant plasma membranes.In this thesis,the necrotic abilities of cryptogein mutants K48T, K39/94T a K39/48/94T were observed
Abstract:
Elicitiny jsou rodina malých proteinů sekretovaných rosltinnými patogénními mikroorganizmami z rodu Phytophthora a Pythium. Kryptogein, patřící mezi β- elicitiny, je elicitor, jehož úlohou je vázat a přenášet steroly z plazmatických membrán rostlinných buněk.
