Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je charakteristika subjektů v platebním styku. Subjekty rozděluji podle různých kritérií, ale těžištěm práce je klasifikace podle právní úpravy účinné od 1. 11. 2009. Zabývám se také postavením České národní banky, která podle mého názoru vykonává důležitou roli při výkonu dohledu nad podřízenými subjekty. Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to entities in the payment system. Subjects are divided according to various criteria, but the focus is the classification under the rules effective from 1/11/2009. I deal with the position of the Czech National Bank, which, in my opinion, has an important role in the supervision od subordinate bodies.
