Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou pojmu „v nejlepším zájmu dítěte“ v mimosoudních rozhodnutích. Čerpá z příkladů uplatnění tohoto konceptu v mimosoudních rozhodnutích o pobytu nezletilého dítěte ve věznici společně s odsouzenou matkou. The diploma thesis is concerned with analysis the term „in the best in-terests of the child“ in non - judicial decisions. This master’s dissertation focuses on application of this concept in connection with stay of a child in prison together with his convicted mother.
