Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Management nadnárodní společnosti v mezinárodním prostředí“ se věnuje problematice řízení nadnárodních společností z hlediska jejich organizování, expatriace a interkulturních dopadů. Teoretická část práce definuje nejdůležitější pojmy a poznatky k výše jmenovaným oblastem mezinárodního managementu. Podkladem pro teoretickou část byla rešerše relevantní odborné literatury. V praktické části jsou představeny vybrané společnosti a je využito rozhovorů se zaměstnanci společnosti. Cílem práce je zodpovědět tři výzkumné otázky týkající se rozdílů v organizační struktuře, expatriantsví a interkulturních rozdílů.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: ,,Management of the MNC in the international environment” is to analyze management of multinational corporation from organizational, expatriation and intercultural point of view. The theoretical part defines the main terms and shows information about above-mentioned parts of international management. The theoretical part is based on a relevant professional literature research. The practical part introduces selected companies and use informations from company employees. The main goul of the thesis is to answer three research questions relating to organizational structure, expatriation and intercultural differences.
