Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na formování státní správy a samosprávy na konci I. světové války v Čechách s detailnějším pohledem na „pohraniční oblasti“. Její hlavní intencí je pokus o příspěvek k analýze charakteru státní správy a samosprávy provincie Deutschböhmen, postavený na konfliktu s formující se správou nově vzniklého Československa. Podrobně se věnuje příčinám vzniku provincie Deutschböhmen, jejímu ustanovení a následné likvidaci. V její další části je charakterizován vztah mezi českou a německou politickou reprezentací v letech 1918 až 1919. Jedním z jejích hlavních cílů je pokus o přesnou charakteristiku označení „německého převratu v Čechách“, který bývá nazýván jako „Iredentistický puč“, či Iredentistické spiknutí“.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the formation of state and local government at the end of World War I in Bohemia with a more detailed look at the "border areas". Its main intention is an attempt to analyze the nature of the contribution of state and local government Deutschböhmen province, based on conflict forming with the administration of the newly created Czechoslovakia. Addresses in detail the causes the establishment of Deutschböhmen province, its provisions and subsequent termination. Next section characterizes the relationship between the Czech and German politicians between 1918 and 1919. One of its main goals is an attempt of a precise characterization of the 'German revolution in Bohemia ", which is often referred to as" irredentist coup "or irredentist conspiracy."
