UNICEF and the issue of child soldiers in South Sudan
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dětských vojáků v Jižním Súdánu a činností mezinárodní humanitární organizace UNICEF. Cílem této práce je analyzovat zhoršující se situaci dětských vojáků v Jižním Súdánu, zhodnotit práci organizace UNICEF při řešení této problematiky a zjistit, zda organizace využívá všech svých možností, případně zda je možné její činnost ještě zefektivnit.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with child soldiers in South Sudan and activities of the international humanitarian organization UNICEF. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the worsening situation of child soldiers in South Sudan, to evaluate the humanitarian work of UNICEF in solving this issue and to determine if UNICEF uses all its possibilities, or whether its work can be make even more effective …more
