The hunting and sports ball shooting on a running target

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na techniku a metodiku lovecké a sportovní kulové střelby na běžící terč. První blok této práce zaujímá část teoretická. Zde se nachází historie střelby, charakteristika sportovní a lovecké kulové střelby, pravidla a všeobecné ustanovení pro disciplíny v kulové střelbě z pušky. Teoretickou část této práce zakončuje balistika střely. Hlavní částí této diplomové práce je praktický blok, který se v první třetině zaměřoval na správnou techniku a metodiku sportovní a lovecké kulové střelby. Druhou třetinu tohoto bloku zaujímají speciální dovednosti střelce, kterými je dýchání, míření a spouštění a následně bylo poukázáno na zdravotní rizika střelce, která ho mohou během střelby nebo samotného tréninku postihnout. V poslední třetině praktického bloku byla podrobně vyobrazena příprava střelce. Jednalo se o přípravu kondiční, teoretickou, technickou, taktickou, psychologickou a nechyběla ani regenerace a kompenzační cvičení. Na závěr této diplomové práce byl sestavěn příklad měsíčního tréninkového plánu, který slouží zejména ke zvýšení fyzické kondice.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on technique and methodology of hunting and sport ball shooting on a running target. The first part of this thesis is the theoretical part which deals with the history of shooting, the characteristics of sports and hunting ball shooting, rules and general provisions for disciplines in ball gun shooting. The theoretical part of this work is ended by shot ballistics. The main part of this diploma thesis is a practical block, which was in the first third focused on the correct technique and methodology of sport and hunting ball shooting. The second third of this block contain the shooter's special skills, such as breathing, aiming, and triggering, and subsequently pointing to the health risks of the shooter that may affect him / her during shooting or training itself. In the last third of the practical block, there was the training of the shooter illustrated into details. It involved a conditional, theoretical, technical, tactical, psychological preparation, as well as regenerative and compensatory exercises. At the conclusion of this diploma thesis, an example of a monthly training plan which serves mainly to increase physical fitness, was compiled.
