Research on regulation measurements of Reynoutria sp. in a designated area

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo vypracovat literární rešerši na téma šíření invazních druhů a regulace plevelů. Rešerše se dále zabývá možnými negativními dopady herbicidů s glyfosátem. K hodnocení postupů bylo zvoleno pět variant chemické regulace herbi-cidními přípravky ROUNDUP BIAKTIV a GARLON NEW a jedna varianta s mechanickou regulací – sečí, bez chemického ošetření. Tyto varianty byly v závěru vyhodnoceny. Na kontrolovaných plochách probíhalo pravidelné sledování přeživších jedinců, je-jich růst a vývoj pokryvnosti na kontrolní ploše. Byl sestaven závěrečný výstup s naměřenými hodnotami v matematicko-statistickém modelu, byla pořízena foto-dokumentace včetně vyhotovení mapového výstupu pomocí geoinformačního sys-tému QGIS.

Abstract:

The objective of the study was to conduct a literature review on the topic of invasive species spread and weed control. The review also addresses potential nega-tive impacts of glyphosate-based herbicides. Five variants of chemical control using the herbicides ROUNDUP BI-AKTIV and GARLON NEW were selected for evaluation, along with a variant involving mechanical control (mowing) without chemical treat-ment. These treatments were evaluated at the end of the study. The surviving indi-viduals, their growth and the development of the ground cover on the control plot were regularly monitored. A final report with measured values using a mathemati-cal-statistical model was prepared, as well as photodocumentation, including the creation of a map output using the geographic information system QGIS.
