A bank Loan as a Resource for Company Investment Project Financing

Abstract:

The subject of our diploma thesis is the Bank credit as a source of financing a capital project of a selected company. The objective of the thesis is to explore the possibilities of the financing of a capital project and to propose a proper form of financing applied in the particular company XY, a.s. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first chapter includes definitions of the basic terms, division of the forms of financing, and we specify the possibilities of financing a capital project. The second chapter deals with the practical analysis of a particular company XY, a.s., which has several capital projects in its portfolio, prepared as well as already implemented ones. The third chapter contains ideas and recommendations, with the objective to point to other ways of financing of a capital project, especially regarding credit products available at the Slovak market.

Abstract:

Témou našej diplomovej práce je Bankový úver ako zdroj financovania investičného projektu v podmienkach vybraného podniku.Cieľom práce bude skúmať možnosti financovania investičného projektu a navrhnúť vhodnú formu financovania s aplikáciou na konkrétny podnik XY, a.s. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. V prvej kapitole uvádzame charakteristiku základných pojmov, rozdelenie foriem financovania, špecifikujeme možnosti financovania investičného projektu.Druhá kapitola je venovaná praktickej analýze konkrétneho podniku XY, a.s., ktorý má vo svojom portfóliu realizované ako aj pripravované investičné projekty. Tretia kapitola obsahuje návrhy a odporúčania, ich cieľom je poukázať aj na iné spôsoby financovania investičného projektu, hlavne z úverových produktov, ktoré sú podnikom k dispozícií na slovenskom trhu.
