Diplomová práce se zabývá koncepcemi adaptačního období pro začínající učitele v Rakousku a České republice. Soustřeďuje se na možnosti adaptačního období pomoci začínajícím učitelům s překonáváním problémů, se kterými se ve svých profesních začátcích setkávají. The master theses deals with the concepts of induction phase for novice teachers in Austria and the Czech Republic. It focuses on the ability of the induction phase to help the novice teachers to overcome the problems they have to face during their career start.
