Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce ?Stimulace, hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků v konkrétní společnosti? je analýza stimulace pracovníků, které se nejvíce osvědčily vedoucím pracovníkům v organizaci. Zabývá se možnostmi a způsoby stimulace pracovníků ze strany vedoucího pracovníka (manažera). Nejprve je vysvětlen pojem stimulace, poté jsou podrobně popsány a vysvětleny všechny stimuly, které jsou důležité pro motivaci pracovníků. V závěru je shrnut význam motivace jako ?počasí a podnebí? (krátkodobý proměnlivý stav a dlouhodobý stav).

Abstract:

The thesis, "Stimulation, evaluation and remuneration of employees in a specific company" is an analysis of an employee?s stimulation based on the most proven techniques by company leaders. The work analyses the possibilities and methods of an employee's stimulation from a manager's point of view. The thesis begins with a definition of "stimulation", before going into a full explanation and written detail of all incentives, which are important for the motivation of employees. The thesis closes with a summary of "motivation" as related to "weather and climate" (in terms of short-term unstable levels and long-term levels).
