Redesigning Material Cutting Workplace in Selected Company

Abstract:

Táto diplomová práca sa venuje návrhu a implementácie nového layoutu oddelenia delenia materiálu vo vybranej firme. V teoretickej časti je priblížená teória ohľadom metód merania práce, ergonomické hľadiská práce a samotnej potreby zlepšovania procesov. V praktickej časti sa nachádza popis súčasného stavu pracovísk, ktorý je vyhodnotený z viacerých hľadísk a slúži ako podklad pre tvorbu nových návrhov, implementovaných pomocou projektu. V projektovej časti sú jednotlivé návrhy kriticky zhodnotené a je z nich vybraný najvhodnejší návrh.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to the design and implementation of a new layout of the material cutting division in the selected company. In the theoretical part, the theory regarding work measurement methods, ergonomic aspects of work and the very need for process improvement is presented. In the practical part, there is a description of the current state of workplaces, which is evaluated from several points of view and serves as a basis for the creation of new proposals which are implemented as a part of the project. In the project part, individual proposals are critically evaluated, and the most suitable proposal is selected.
