Účinky zeleného čaje a jejich využití v kosmetice

The Effects of Green Tea and Its Use in Cosmetics
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je stručně uvedena historie čaje, dále je popsán jeho botanický původ, možnosti pěstování, rozmnožování, sklizně, a zpracování. Stěžejní část práce tvoří kapitola o bioaktivních látkách obsažených v zeleném čaji, na kterou navazuje jeho využití coby antioxidantu. Poslední část se zabývá účinky zeleného čaje na lidský organismus s důrazem na jeho využití v kosmetice.
Abstract:
The work is a brief outline of the history of tea, then described its botanical origin, the pos-sibility of cultivation, propagation, harvesting, and processing. A central part consists of chapters on bioactive substances in green tea, which is connected to its use as an antioxidant. The last part deals with the effects of green tea on the human body with emphasis on its use in cosmetics.
