Study of thermoelectric properties of thallium doped tin(II) sulfide
Abstract:
Polykrystalické vzorky sulfidu cínatého dopovaného thalliem se složením Sn1-xTlxS (pro x = 0 až 0,01) byly syntetizovány z prvků o čistotě 5N a 4N při zvýšených teplotách. Fázová čistota syntetizovaných vzorků byla ověřena rentgenovou difrakční analýzou. Vzorky pro měření transportních vlastnosti byly připraveny lisováním za zvýšených teplot. Abstract:
Polycrystalline samples of thallium-doped tin(II) sulfide of composition Sn1-xTlxS (where x = 0 to 0,01) was synthesized from 5N and 4N purity elements at increased temperatures. The phase purity of samples was investigated using XRD. Samples for transport properties measurement were prepared by hot pressing.
