Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou "Zkušenosti žen s indukcí porodu". Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé metody preindukce a indukce, které jsou rozdělené na přirozené, mechanické a farmakologické. Dále jsou v práci popsány indikace a kontraindikace indukce porodu. V závěru teoretické části se nachází kapitola o ukončení těhotenství pomocí císařského řezu po neúspěšné indukci či při přítomnosti kontraindikací indukce. Praktická část práce obsahuje výsledná data získaná pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Tato data jsou zpracována do tabulek a grafů a jsou doplněna komentářem autorky. Práce si klade za hlavní cíl shrnout zkušenosti žen s indukcí porodu. Dílčí cíle sledují, jaké jsou četnosti jednotlivých indikací k indukci, úspešnost vaginálního porodu po indukci, informovanost rodiček o indukci porodu a jaké je jejich subjektivní vnímaní indukovaného porodu.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is "Experience of women with induction of labor". This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes individual methods of preinduction and induction, which are separated into natural, mechanical and pharmacological methods. This part also contains a description of indications and contraindications of induction of labor. At the end of the theoretical part, there is a chapter about delivery of a baby by Caesarean section after an unsuccessful induction or when there are contraindications of an induction. The practical part of the thesis includes resulting data that were gained through a questionnaire survey. These data are presented via tables and graphs and they are supplemented by the author's comment. The main aim of this thesis is to explore women's experience with induction of labor. Partial aims focus to frequency of individual indications of induction, success of vaginal delivery after induction, future mothers' awareness about induction of labor and their subjective perception of induction of labor.
