To stage a pastoral drama in the modern society requires a lot of effort as nowadays language and values differ from what it was in the 16th century. A Neapolitan stage director Antonio Latella, however, decides to represent a renowned Italian pastoral play Aminta, written by Torquato Tasso, and slightly rewrites the story of the play to adapt it to the modern audience. Inscenovat pastorační drama v moderní společnosti vyžaduje hodně úsilí, protože dnešní jazyk a hodnoty se liší od těch, které platily v 16. století.
