Bakalárska práca poskytuje celkový prehľad o nájme a podnájme nebytových priestorov. V práci používam všeobecnú terminológiu, ktorá sa týka nájmu a podnájmu nebytových priestorov. Kladiem dôraz na náležitosti nájomnej zmluvy, práva a povinnosti prenajímateľa a nájomcu.
