Abstract:

Práce se zabývá kritérii využívanými při výběru osob do řídících pozic v sociálních službách, způsoby jejich zaškolování a průběhem jejich dalšího vzdělávání. Přes vývoj a značnou profesionalizaci oboru sociální práce nejsou nároky na řídící pracovníky nikde ukotveny. Práce se věnuje specifikům organizací poskytujících sociální služby a dále pak roli manažera. Další část práce se věnuje samotnému vzdělávání řídících pracovníků a to jak před nástupem na jejich pozici, tak dalšímu vzdělávání. Následný výzkum hledá odpověď na otázku, jaké požadavky jsou kladeny na pracovníky v řízení sociálních služeb a jak tyto požadavky naplňují.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the criteria used in the selection of people for management positions in social services, the ways of their training and the course of their further education. Despite the development and considerable professionalization of the field of social work, the demands on managers are nowhere anchored. The work deals with the specifics of organizations providing social services and then the role of manager. Another part of the thesis is devoted to the management training itself, both before taking up their position and further education. Subsequent research seeks to answer the question of what requirements are imposed on executives in social services and how they meet these requirements.
