Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje především na nestrannost a s ní související pojmy, především pak nezávislost, podjatost a systémovou podjatost. Snahou je rozšířit teoretické poznatky o těchto pojmech o praktické informace extrahované z judikatur Nejvyššího správního soudu a Ústavního soudu. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the impartiality and other concepts associated with it, especially independence, bias and system bias. The primary aim of the thesis is expanding the theoretical knowledge by practical information extracted from the case law. The thesis proceeds from the general definition of terms and their inclusion in the broader context, to the specific case law of the given case.
