Práce má za úkol uvést čtenáře do propojeného světa hotelového průmyslu a internetu a zejména pak zanalyzovat tři vybrané OTA z pohledu hotelu, to je z pohledu pracovníka, který tyto systémy obsluhuje a má za úkol v podstatě na denní bázi aktualizovat nabídky a jejich prostřednictvím pro hotel generovat požadované tržby. Abstract:
The dissertation aims to guide the reader into the world of hotel industry connected to the internet, especially to analyse three chosen OTA´s from the hotel perspective, it means from a perspective of the hotelier who works with it on daily basis updates the offers and generate the revenue for the hotel. The point of view from the guest perspective is not considered in this dissertation.
