Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám strategickým a operativním controllingem. První část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu controlling, strategický a operativní controlling, reporting. In my thesis I deal with the strategic and operational controlling. The first part focuses on the definition of controlling, strategic and operational controlling, reporting. The second part deals with the description of AC, s. r. o. and applications of the knowledge gained from the first part.
