Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o autotrofní a heterotrofní kultivaci řas na čtyřech vybraných organických substrátech: glukóza, syrovátka, sacharóza, glycerol. Ke kultivaci byla vybrána řasa Chlorella vulgaris. Rychlost růstu řas byla sledována dle hodnot sušiny zjišťované pomocí spektrofotometrického měření optické hustoty při vlnové délce 680 nm. Abstract:
This thesis is about autotrofic and heterotrofic cultivation of alga on four carefully selected organic substrates. The substrates used for cultivation were glucose, sacharose, whey and glycerol. The alga species selected for the cultivation was Chlorella vulgaris and the growth rate was determined by measuring the content of dry matter using spectropho-tometry at fixed wavelength 680 nm.
