Comparison of P. mugo and P. abies anatomical responses to impact of hydrogravitational processes

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání anatomické změny buněk vlivem hydrogravitačních procesů. Anatomické reakce buněk jsou primárně zkoumány za účelem potencionálního rozšíření datování procesů o nové růstové odezvy. Pomocí dendrogeomorfologických metod byly odebrány vzorky z borovice kleče (P. mugo) z oblasti Velké Studené doliny (Vysoké Tatry) a ze smrku ztepilého (P. abies) z oblasti okolí řeky Čeladenky (Moravskoslezské Beskydy). U celkem deseti vzorků se pomocí vytvořených krabicových grafů prokázalo zmenšení průměrné plochy buněk v letokruhu s jizvou a prvním letokruhu po jizvě. Změnu velikosti buněk mezi letokruhy před jizvou a po jizvě potvrdil také statistický Mann-Whitney test, který mezi těmito letokruhy prokázal signifikantní změnu. Cíle: -zjistit rozdíly v anatomii buněk v letokruzích před a po jizvě -potencionálně rozšířit datování procesů o nové růstové odezvy -tato práce může sloužit k obecnému poznání a jako podklad k dalšímu výzkumu

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the research of anatomical changes of cells due to hydrogravitational processes. Anatomical reactions of cells are primarily researched to potential extend of dating process to new growth responses. Using dendrogeomorphological methods, samples were taken from the mugo pine (P. mugo) from the Velká Studená dolina (Vysoké Tatry) and norway spruce (P. abies) from the area around the Čeladenka river (Moravskoslezské Beskydy). A total of ten samples showed a reduction in the average area of the cells in the annual ring with the scar and the first annual ring after the scar using the box-plot charts. The change in cells size between the annual rings before the scar and the annual ring after the scar was also confirmed by the Mann-Whitney test, which showed a significant change between these annual rings. -determine the differences in cell anatomy in the annual rings before and after scar -extend the dating process by a new growth responses -this bachelor thesis can serve for general knowledge and as a basis for further research
