Abstract:
Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou právní ochrany zemědělského půdního fondu. Práce je rozdělena do 11 ucelených kapitol a některé z nich se dále člení do několika podkapitol z důvodu přehlednosti zpracované problematiky.
