Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analýza podnikového okolí Vinotéky u Mouřenína, která se zabývá dovozem, prodejem a servírováním českých, italských a francouzských vín, cognaců a delikates. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a praktickou. Pro analýzu makrookolí podniku je použita PESTLE analýza a pro analýzu mikrookolí Porterova analýza pěti sil. The thesis analyses environment of the company Vinotéka U Mouřenína, which carries on the import, selling and serving wine, cognac and delicates from the Czech Republic, France and Italy. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first one is theoretical and the second one is practical.
