Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme okruhům hlavních ideálů. Nejprve popíšeme vlastnosti jejich prvků a poté budeme studovat vztahy mezi okruhy hlavních ideálů a dalšími významnými okruhy. V poslední kapitole představíme nezvyklý způsob zavedení okruhů hlavních ideálů a jeho praktičnost budeme ilustrovat na příkladech.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study principal ideal domains. Firstly, we describe properties of their elements and following that we investigate connection between principal ideal domains and other significant groups of rings. In the final chapter we introduce an unconventional way of characterizing principal ideal domains and afterwards we illustrate its usefulness with examples.
