Ve své diplomové práci se chci zaměřit na oblast nákupních procesů v obchodní společnosti MPL Trading spol. s r.o. s cílem navrhnout taková řešení, která umožní zvýšit konkurenceschopnost společnosti. In my thesis I am going to focus on the area of procurement processes of the MPL Trading Company Zlin Ltd. in order to propose solutions that will help increase the company's competitiveness.
