V této dizertační práci se věnuji charakterizaci telomerázy z Arabidopsis thaliana. Pomocí kvasinkového dvouhybridního testu a bimolekulární fluorescenční komplementace studuji proteinové interakce TERT podjednotky telomerázy s ohledem na její doménovou strukturu. In this PhD Dissertation I characterize telomerase from Arabidopsis thaliana. Using yeast two hybrid test and bimolecular fluorescence complementation I study protein interactions of the TERT subunit of telomerase with respect to its domain structure.
