Práce pojednává o právní úpravě cizinecké agendy. Důraz klade na procesní stránku povolování trvalého pobytu cizinců na našem území a na rozbor prostředků ochrany a způsobů přezkoumávání správního rozhodnutí. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the regulation of the foreign agenda. It emphasizes the procedural aspect of allowing the permanent residence of foreigners in our territory and the analysis of the means of protection and methods of reviewing the administrative decision.
