Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pácháním trestné činnosti odsouzených v průběhu jejich výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Cílem je analyzovat trestnou činnost těchto odsouzených v letech 2004 - 2008 ve věznicích České republiky a na základě získaných informací nalézt vhodná preventivní opatření, která by vedla k jejímu snížení a srovnat nárůst a pokles trestných činů páchaných v prostorách věznic odsouzenými …more

This Bachelor paper deals with the commission of criminal activity of convicted persons during their execution of a sentence of imprisonment. The aim of this paper is to analyze criminal activity of the convicted in the years 2004 - 2008 in the penitentiaries of the Czech Republic, and, based on the obtained information, to find a suitable precautionary measures that would lead to reduction of the …more
