Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je Likvidace společnosti s ručením omezeným. Cílem této práce je zachytit celý proces likvidace, možné postupy a důležité náležitosti. Ve stěžejní části bakalářské práce je popsán detailní postup likvidace ve vybrané společnosti s ručením omezeným včetně jejích dokumentů.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is Liquidation of a Limited Liability Company (LLC). The aim of this work is to capture the entire liquidation process, possible procedures and other important essentialities. The main part of this bachelor thesis describes the detailed procedure of liquidation of the selected Limited Liability Company including it´s documentation.
