Zavedení elektronického Kanbanu pro řízení materiálového toku

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na aplikaci elektronického Kanbanu pro řízení materiálového toku ve vnitřním okruhu ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a aplikační. Nejprve jsou vysvětlena teoretická východiska pro zpracování práce, na které bylo navázáno představením použitých metod pro sběr a vyhodnocení dat získaných v diplomové práce. Aplikační část obsahuje představení společnosti a popis současného stavu, kde bylo poukázáno na vliv spolehlivosti současně používaných fyzických karet. Ta je ovlivněna nadměrnou manipulací s kartami a časovou náročností při úpravě údajů uvedených na kartách. Z toho důvodu byly společnosti navrhnuty dvě možnosti přechodu k elektronickému Kanbanu, a to s využitím radiofrekvenční nebo stávající optické identifikace. Pomocí metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant, konkrétně metodami WSA a TOPSIS, byl za nejlepší řešení označen přechod na elektronický Kanban s využitím čárových kódů. V poslední části práce byla zvolená varianta blíže definovaná. Hlavní přínos spočívá ve snížení stavu potřebného na znovu dodání o 35 minut, dále snížení počtu karet nebo počtu skenování. Přechod na elektronický Kanban bude vyžadovat také investiční náklady na nákup odborného zařízení např. tiskáren.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the application of electronic Kanban in material flow control in the internal circuit in a selected company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and application part. First, the theoretical base for the thesis is explained, followed by the presentation of the methods used to collect and evaluate the data obtained in the thesis. The application part contains a presentation of the company and description of the current status where the influence of reliability of currently used physical cards is pointed out. This is influenced by excessive card manipulation and time consumption when editing the information on the cards. For this reason, the company proposed two options for changeover to electronic Kanban, using radio frequency or existing optical identification. Using the methods of multi-criteria evaluation of variants, namely the WSA and TOPSIS methods, the changeover to electronic Kanban using barcodes was identified as the best solution. In the last part of the thesis the chosen variant was described in detail. The main benefit is a 35minute reduction of the replenishment time, as well as a reduction in the number of cards or the number of scans. Switching to electronic Kanban will also require investment costs for the purchase of professional equipment such as printers.
