Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit projekt na zřízení firemní školky pro Fakultní nemocnici u sv. Anny v Brně. Cílem průzkumu bylo zjistit, zdali mají zaměstnanci nemocnice zájem o vybudování firemní školky a jaké parametry by toto zařízení mělo mít. Průzkum byl realizován metodou dotazníkového šetření. The subject of this thesis was to create a project about setting up a company nursery for the University hospital at St. Anne in Brno. The aim of the research was to find out whether hospital staff is interested in starting a company nursery and which parameters this institution should have.
