Abstract:

Cílem této práce je osvětlit problematiku názvů obcí, jejich částí, ulic a veřejných prostranství, číslování budov, znaku a vlajky obcí. V první části práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy veřejné správy, územní samosprávy ve vzájemném vztahu s obcemi. Druhá část je zaměřena na charakteristiku obcí a jejich členění. Poslední, třetí část se zabývá názvy obcí, jejich tvorbou a jazykovou úpravou názvů, dále označováním ulic, budov a veřejných prostranství a v neposlední řadě znakem a vlajkou obcí, jejich tvorbou a užitím. V poslední kapitole jsou shrnuty rozdíly či shodné aspeky hlavního města Prahy s ostatními obcemi na území České republiky.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to clarify the problem of names of municipalities, their parts, streets and public spaces, numbering of buildings, municipal emblem and flag. In the first part of this work are explained terms such as public administration, local administration in context with municipalities. The second part is focused on the characteristics of municipalities and their structure. The last part, the third one, is focused on the names of municipalities, creation of their names and language adapation, then on marking the streets, buildings and public space and lastly on municipal emblem and flag and their creation and use. In the last chapter are summarized differences and coincident aspects of the capital of Prague with other municipalities in the Czech republic.
