Prediction of Household Debt in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá predikcí vývoje a struktury zadlužeností domácností v České republice. Teoretická část popisuje zadluženost domácností, jednotlivé typy úvěrů a makroekonomické faktory. Praktická část analyzuje vlivy, které nejvíce ovlivňují zadluženost domácností, dále byl analyzován vývoj a struktura dluhů v České republice s následným srovnáním vybraných zemí. V projektové části byla zjištěna závislost mezi makroekonomickými faktory a zadlužeností domácností. Na základě analýzy a zjištěných závislostí byla stanovena predikce vývoje zadluženosti domácností v České republice.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the prediction of the development and the structure of household debt in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes household debt, various types of loans and macroeconomic factors. The practical part analyzes the effects that most affect household debt, further analyzes the development and the structure of the debt in the Czech Republic, and it is followed by a comparison of the selected countries. The project part determines the dependence between the macroeconomic factors and the household debt. Based on the analysis and the findings of the dependence a prediction of household debt in the Czech Republic was made.
