Analysis of mortgage and consumer loans offered by commercial banks
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza hypotečních a spotřebitelských úvěrů nabízených komerčními bankami. Pro analýzu jsem si vybral tři největší banky v České republice a u každé z nich budu porovnávat jednotlivé typy úvěrů s ohledem na jejich úrokové sazby a poplatkové zatížení s cílem zjistit ty nejvýhodnější.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of mortgage and consumer loans offered by commercial banks. For this analysis I have chosen the three largest banks in the Czech republic. For each of these banks I will compare different types of loans, their interest rates and fees to identify the best.
