Ideals versus Reality in the Nurse Profession
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice sesterské profese. Hlavním cílem je popis a porovnání ideálů a reality v povolání všeobecné sestry, a to formou komparace názorů dvou skupin - všeobecných sester s minimálně pětiletou praxí v oboru a studentů, jež se na tuto profesi teprve připravují. Analýza a interpretace získaných dat slouží jako přehled názorů těchto dvou skupin na danou problematiku.
Abstract:
This bachelor work is dedicated to problems of profession of a nurse. The main objective is description and comparison of ideals and reality in occupation of a general nurse, and this is achieved by comparison of opinions of two groups – general nurses with minimum of five years experience on the job, and students, that are in process of education for this profession.
